01The difference

You shouldn’t have to teach your marketing company how your business works.

We came out of construction. Before this was a marketing company, it was jobsites, estimates, crews, and a phone that rang at the worst possible moment.

That is the part most agencies get wrong. They have never had to price a job, chase a callback, or explain to a homeowner why the material cost moved. So they sell you reach, and you get tire-kickers.

We build the marketing around how the work actually comes in.

Same language
You should not have to explain what a change order is, why spring is busier, or why you cannot answer the phone from a roof.
Real footage
We shoot your crews and your finished work. What runs in your ads is your company, not a stock library.
Straight answers
Plain reporting on what is working and what is not. If something is not producing, we will say so and change it.
02What we do

Four things.
Done properly.

Most companies do not need ten services. They need attention, then leads, then somebody answering the phone. We do those in order, and we do the website that holds it all together.

Not sure which of these you need? That is usually the first thing we figure out on the call.

Who we build for

Contractors and home service companies around Charlotte and across North Carolina. The plan changes by trade — a roofer’s season looks nothing like a landscaper’s.

04Production

Marketing works better when it actually looks good.

Most contractor ads look like a phone photo with text slapped over it. That is not a budget problem — it is a production problem.

We shoot and edit in-house. Crews, trucks, jobsites, finished work, owners on camera. Then we cut it into the formats each platform actually rewards.

You are not paying an agency to go find stock footage of somebody else’s jobsite.

05How it goes

No mystery. Four steps.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

What you sell, what it is worth to you, who you want more of, and where the work is leaking out. Before we propose anything.

  2. 02

    Build the system

Creative, campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up. Built around your market and your crew size, not a package we hand everybody.

  3. 03

    Launch

Campaigns go live, follow-up starts answering, and the calls start landing on a calendar instead of a sticky note.

  4. 04

    Improve

We watch what the numbers actually say, keep what is producing, cut what is not, and keep adjusting month over month.

06Why us

We’d rather understand your business than impress you with jargon.

“Most owners have already been burned once. They do not need a louder pitch — they need somebody who can explain what they are paying for.”
  • You talk to the people doing the work

No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. You deal with the person building and running your campaigns.

  • Nothing is a package

A roofer in Concord and a detailer in Charlotte do not need the same thing. We scope to the business, the market, and what you can actually handle in volume.

  • The creative is ours

Shot, edited, and written here. That means we can change an ad in a couple of days instead of waiting on a vendor and a revision round.

  • You will get a straight answer

Including when the answer is that you are not ready, or that the money is better spent somewhere else first. We would rather tell you that than take the retainer.

07Questions

Before you
book anything.

The things owners usually want to know. Anything not answered here is fair game on the call.

  • What types of businesses do you work with?

Contractors, home-service companies, and service businesses generally — the kind of company where a phone call turns into a job. If you sell a service to homeowners or other businesses in the Charlotte area, we are probably a fit.

  • Do you only work with contractors?

No. Construction is where we came from, so it is where we understand the details fastest. But the work translates to any service business that runs on leads, estimates, and booked appointments. We have built for outdoor living, auto detailing, and window cleaning companies as well.

  • Do you manage the ads, or just set them up?

We manage them. Building the campaign is the easy part — the value is in watching what happens after launch and adjusting the targeting, the offer, and the creative based on what the numbers say.

  • Can you create our videos and advertisements?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons companies come to us. We shoot and edit in-house: jobsites, crews, trucks, finished work, owner interviews. That footage gets used across ads, your website, social, and retargeting.

  • Can you build or improve our website?

Yes. We build full websites and single-purpose landing pages, and we will work with a site you already have if it is worth keeping. The goal is the same either way: load fast, look legitimate, and make it obvious how to contact you.

  • Can you help follow up with leads?

Yes. We set up the follow-up side — immediate response to new leads, missed-call text-back, AI receptionist answering, qualification, and booking straight onto your calendar. Most companies lose more money here than they do on ad spend.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Engagement terms depend on the scope of the work, and we will lay them out plainly before you commit to anything. Nothing gets buried in fine print. Ask on the call and you will get a straight answer.

  • What happens on the first call?

It is a conversation, not a pitch deck. We ask what you sell, what a good job is worth to you, what marketing you are running now, and where you think it is falling short. By the end you will know whether we can help and roughly what that would look like. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

Built by contractors. For contractors.

You don’t need more
marketing noise.

You need a system that brings in work — and answers the phone when it does. Let’s build it.
